Terms of Service

SinScribe is an adult-oriented platform. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

We may suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor, without notice.

SinScribe provides AI-powered interactive fiction: roleplay scenarios, companions, chat conversations, and AI-generated text and images. All characters, personas, and scenarios on the Service are fictional. AI-generated content does not depict real people or real events, and no character represents an actual person.

AI outputs are generated by machine learning models and may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected. You are responsible for how you use and interpret AI-generated content. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only and does not provide professional, medical, legal, or psychological advice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share, sell, or transfer your account. One person per account.

You may create scenarios, characters, companions, personas, and other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By publishing User Content publicly on the Service, you grant SinScribe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service (including allowing other users to view, chat with, and fork public content where you have enabled those features).

You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property or other rights.

You may not use the Service to create, request, or share: content sexualizing minors in any form, real or fictional, including characters presented as under 18; content depicting or promoting non-consensual real-world harm; content intended to impersonate, harass, defame, or depict identifiable real people without their consent; or content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service; circumvent rate limits or subscription restrictions; or use the Service to develop competing datasets or models.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Certain features require a paid subscription or one-time payment. Prices, tiers, and included features are shown at the point of purchase and may change with notice. Payments (including cryptocurrency payments) are processed by third-party providers; we do not store your full payment details.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once the paid period has begun or the paid feature has been consumed. Subscription benefits apply for the period purchased and do not renew automatically unless stated otherwise at purchase.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by SinScribe and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Subject to these Terms, you may use AI-generated outputs from your own chats and creations for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) survive termination.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will meet your expectations.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SINSCRIBE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above, and where practical, by additional notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
