Account information: your email address, username, and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password in plain text.

Content you create: scenarios, characters, companions, personas, chat messages, and images you generate or upload. Your chats are private to your account by default — other users cannot see them. Content you explicitly publish (public scenarios, companions, community posts) is visible to others.

Usage information: basic technical data such as feature usage and image generation counts, used for operating daily limits, subscription entitlements, and abuse prevention.

Payment information: if you purchase a subscription, payment is handled by third-party payment processors. We receive confirmation of payment and plan details, not your full payment credentials.

To operate the Service: delivering chats, generating AI responses and images, saving your creations, and enforcing plan limits.

To process AI content, your prompts and relevant conversation context are sent to the AI model providers that power the Service. This data is used to generate your responses and is handled under those providers’ data processing terms.

To communicate with you: account verification emails and important service notices.

To keep the Service safe: detecting abuse, enforcing our Terms of Service, and complying with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or your conversations to third parties.

We do not use your private chats for advertising.

We do not share your private roleplay content with other users.

Your conversations are private to your account. Platform administrators may access specific content only where necessary to investigate abuse reports, suspected violations of our Terms (such as prohibited content), or as required by law.

We retain your account data and content while your account is active. You can delete individual chats, characters, and scenarios at any time from within the Service.

If you delete your account, your personal data and private content are deleted from our active systems within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls on our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

SinScribe is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate the account and delete its data.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can exercise most of these directly in your account settings; for anything else, contact us through the Service.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where practical, by additional notice within the Service.
